My account, accept offers and other basics

Welcome to our tutorial. In this session, we'll guide you through the My Account page in detail. Here, you'll find the ability to modify your account, including any changes to your membership. You can easily do this by selecting the Membership tab. Here, you'll have the flexibility to upgrade whenever you wish. To adjust the basic settings of your account, simply click the Settings button. This section enables you to make important changes to your account. If you click the Dashboard button, you'll return to the starting point. As you scroll down the page, you'll notice notifications about your activities. Please remember, these notifications will accumulate unless you delete them. We highly recommend deleting these notifications once reviewed to prevent a lengthy list. There are three additional important tabs to monitor closely. These are Messages, My Offers, and My Cargo. By clicking on My Cargo, you can see your shipments in our system. Here, necessary modifications can be made by selecting the Edit page option. Select the shipment you would like to modify. Now you can start make the changes. Once you are finished, simply hit the save button. Now verify your changes by confirming you are human and then pressing the save button. Note, as we made no changes we will just go back to the dashboard and skip saving changes. Remember, you can always click the My Account button at the top of the page to return to your account page. In the My Offers tab, you can view the offers you've sent or received. Each shipment will be clearly labeled for your convenience. As you can see, we have sent an offer for this shipment. The offer was €50 for this domestic transportation, and the status indicates we are waiting for the sender to respond. The sender can either accept or deny the offer. Here, we can see that we have also received a shipment offer. As mentioned earlier, the choices are to either Accept or Deny the offer. Let's proceed by accepting it. To do this, first ensure Accept is selected, then click the Update button. Once you do this, a confirmation prompt will appear from the browser. Depending on your browser, it looks different, click the OK button to continue. After confirming, the system will update the label to accepted. Shipment status will also automatically update. Status has changed to Pending Transportation. Now, you're able to send messages and attach files so that the Carrier has all the necessary data needed to perform the transportation. Please note that restrictions apply to the content you can send for security reasons. Keep in mind if there are any changes or unforeseen circumstances regarding this shipment, you can still cancel it since it hasn't begun yet. Once you click the cancel button, you'll need to agree to the cancellation terms. Please be aware that carriers have their own policies that you must comply with. If you decide not to proceed with the cancellation, simply click outside the message. Let me show you that again, now click outside the view. Now, let’s take a look at the Messages tab. This function allows you to review your communication history and see what has been discussed. Please note that every time there is an update to your offers or cargo, a banner will notify you. You can close the banner by pressing the close button or by clicking anywhere outside of it on the screen. Thank you for watching.
