My account, accept offers and other basics

This tutorial will guide you through the features available on the My Account page, including modifying your membership and account settings. This tutorial will also explain the offering process and how to accept offers.

On the My Account page, you can make modifications to your account, such as changes in your membership. To do this, select the Membership tab.

To change the basic settings of your account, select the Settings button. Here, you are able to make basic changes to your account.

If you click on My Cargo, you will be able to see your shipments. You can make modifications needed for them by selecting the Edit page.

When saving changes, you will need to verify that you are a human.

In the My Offers tab, you can view the offers that you have sent or received. Each offer will indicate its status clearly, allowing you to track your transactions.

To approve a price for a shipment, click the Accept button, then click the Update button. You will be prompted to confirm your action afterward.

If necessary, you can cancel a shipment as long as it hasn't started. To do this, hit the Cancel button and approve the terms for cancellation.

The Messages tab allows you to review your communication history and to communicate with carriers and shippers effectively.
